Accommodation

The Winter School will take place in Hotel Ramada in Kranjska Gora with accommodation in Hotel Kompas.

Applicants have already received notifications of acceptance, and (personalized) links to register. The participation, and thus also accommodation, will be confirmed upon payment of the registration fee.

Accommodation in a single room and half-board are included in the registration fee.

There is an option of booking a double room at a lower price (reduced for 25€/day per person, the full price is, of course, higher). HOWEVER, this option is only available if people wanting to share a room both indicate the name of the roommate during the registration process. In this case, you will at first still pay the full registration fee, but then get refunded (in the same manner as the registration payment was made) if the names match.

The registration fee covers the stay at the Kompas hotel in Kranjska Gora for 4 nights, from Monday, February 9th until Friday, February 13th, in the morning. To extend the stay in the same hotel by arriving early or staying longer, email nina.bernard@antana-pco.com and arrange additional reservations with her. You will receive confirmation if the rooms are available. Additional nights are NOT included in the registration fee and, if confirmed, have to be paid extra at the hotel.

All other additional arrangements (i.e. sharing rooms with accompanying person, etc.) have to be discussed on an individual basis with nina.bernard@antana-pco.com.
