Each attendee must prepare a short pitch presentation about themselves and what they are presently working on. You will have up to 3 minutes for your pitch. Attendee pitches will be held from Tuesday to Thursday, before lunch (see the program and the lists above). To accompany your presentation, you are expected to prepare a poster, which will be put up on the day of your pitch, so you may discuss your work throughout the day.

Poster guidelines
The poster must be A1 portrait orientation (594 x 841 mm). Note, that it is your responsibility to print your own poster and bring it to the Winter School site on time.
Additional information
Pitches will start after morning invited presentation sessions and the schedule will be posted on the webpage.
It will not be possible to print the poster on site. Please bring your poster to the event.
